When your favorite pizza place needs their oven cleaned...

We received a call from a local pizza place who was looking for a chimney and oven cleaning. Tricky part was that no water at all can be used on these specialty ovens.  Off our guys went to get the job clean, and up functional before lunch. We used brushes on the chimney to remove the soot, and then vacuumed the soot and dust out of the oven.  The next steps, were to very delicately brush the insides and the walls of the oven, and to vacuum again.  The owners could not be happier that we got the job clean and they were able to fire the oven back up before lunch.
