Fire in Basement

SERVPRO of LaGrange Park/North Riverside received a call in regards to a fire that started in the homeowners furnace.  There was extensive fire damage as well as soot and smoke damage throughout the home.  We worked with the homeowner to help get them backed out of their home right away.  Our contents team worked to get as much as they could salvage for them homeowners to take with them to their temporary housing right away.  The next step was to pack out the contents in the home, and then start the demo work.  There was extensive smoke damage and had to removed drywall, flooring, and clean soot and smoke damaged rooms in three different levels of the home.
