Mold Found in Attic

When SERVPRO of LaGrange Park/North Riverside was called out to this home, the homeowners had just purchased the property within the last six months.  The homeowners were noticing watery eyes, stuffy noses, and issues with breathing while in the second story of their home.  The homeowner stated that they went into the attic and noticed that there was microbial growth on the attic boards.  The homeowner had an air quality test done, and discovered that mold remediation was necessary.  

During the walk through with the homeowners, we shared with them how we would proceed with the remediation as per recommendation of the air quality test. Our customers were grateful for the time and attention to detail that we shared with them.
