Mold on Ceiling

SERVPRO of LaGrange Park/North Riverside was called to this home due to some microbial growth on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms.  They had had previous issues with water damage that had been fixed, but microbial growth had been discovered.  

We discussed with the home owner how we were going to go about the mold remediation process.  We explained that we would be setting up containment in the room that had the microbial growth first.  We also explained that we would need to put in air filtration, and would be cleaning up the area.  We assured the home owners that everything would be bagged up and removed from their home as well.  The home owners were very happy that we took the extra time to explain the process, and gave them peace of mind.
