Prolonged Water Damage

The home owners were out of town when they had a pipe break in their kitchen.  They water flowed into the basement, and two weeks later, when the home owners returned home, their ceiling in the basement had collapsed.  That is when they called SERVPRO.  

When we arrived onsite we noticed that there was severe amounts of damage to the floors in the kitchen, and the ceiling in the basement.  Our crews got to work by removing the contents in the kitchen and basement.  We then needed to dry up the water and begin removing flooring, drywall, and the debris in the basement.
