Mold in Basement

SERVPRO of LaGrange Park/North Riverside was called out to this home due to the mold growth on the ceiling of the basement.  This basement had several water damage issues previously and due to them not being cleaned up properly by the homeowner, mold growth happened.  

Our crews arrived and began looking to find where the moisture levels were coming from and found a small leak in the ceiling.  We advised the customer to get this fixed properly they would need to get a plumber out.  Right after the plumber was out, our crew was right behind the plumber to clean and start drying out the area.  Once the area was dry the mold remediation began.
