Clean Up After City Wide Sewage Back Up

SERVPRO of LaGrange Park/North Riverside was called upon to assist in Cincinnati OH after they had experienced a series of storms that caused an area wide sewage drain back up.  

This particular home had sewage water throughout the entire basement, and had standing water up to over five feet in spots.  This called for SERVPRO of LaGrange Park/North Riverside to arrive onsite and immediately removed all the sewer water.  Between the water receding and our efforts to suck up the water, we then began removing the contaminated contents from the home.  Our crew also had to remove all the drywall and part of the light fixtures that had been contaminated by the sewer back up.
