Water Damage To Home After A Series Of Chicago Area Storms

SERVPRO of LaGrange Park/North Riverside was called out to this home after a series of storms in our area caused roof damage.  The homeowner had water coming down from the roof.  There was water on three different levels of this home.  The homeowner was simply beside himself and had never used a restoration company before, but had remembered all the SERVPRO commercials he had seen.  

When our crew arrived onsite, we let the homeowner know exactly what needed to be done, how we would go about doing the work, and to be expecting follow up visits to monitor, and a couple phone calls from our office staff to ensure he was completely informed on the work in his home.
